Shipping policy

Standard shipping on all orders placed in the United States below 10 lbs is available for a flat rate of $15.00. Orders at/over 10 lbs will fall under Heavy Goods shipping for a flat rate of $25.00. All international orders are subject to carrier rates either through DHL, UPS or USPS. 

**Please note that items are subject to dimensional weight not physical weight by carriers**

All orders are subject to acceptance, and we will confirm acceptance by providing an email confirming the Products have been shipped with tracking information (when available). You may select the method of shipping and timing of delivery for Products ordered if more than one method is available, and you will be charged accordingly based on your selection. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to events that are beyond our control and originate from the shipping carrier selected. We will try our best and work to ensure a smooth delivery to the best of our capabilities.

Once your order is placed please expect a shipment notification within 2-3 business days. If you have not received a shipment notification 5 business days after placing your order please check your inbox or spam for messages from info@inserch.com as we may have tried to reach you. If no messages are found please contact us at the email above with your order no. so that we may rectify the matter immediately.
