Refund policy
INSERCH.com merchandise returns and exchanges may be accepted (excluding "final sale" or "as-is" items, gift cards (except where required by law) and gift boxes) within 14 days of the original date of purchase.
All merchandise must have the original packaging, labels, tags intact, be unworn and no modifications or alterations made. All returned items are subject to review upon receipt. Refunds will be posted excluding the original shipping fee to the original payment method unless other terms are agreed upon i.e. store credit or gift card.
Exchanges are provided at no cost for first-time customers and at the company's discretion.
Unless an item is defective or shipped incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you received an item that is incorrect or defective, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at info@inserch.com with your order number, issue and direct phone number if you haven't provided one with your order.
If you have not received your refund after a return has been processed within 7-10 business days, please contact us at info@inserch.com so that we may check the status.
For individuals purchasing for commercial use/costumes (i.e. movies, television etc). We have a dedicated program where you can receive a trade discount for your entire purchase. This program offers exchanges for the order or store credit for any returns. Items may only be exchanged once.
